How to transfer a conversation to human

So AI stops responding

Go to

1. Click "Search by user name or phone..."

Initiate the conversation search by entering the user's name or phone number.

2. Find your user by searching for their name / number

Enter the specific user's name, in this case, "arya", to locate the conversation.

3. Click on the summary to open the Conversation Details

Select the conversation you want to transfer by clicking on it.

4. Click "AI Auto-Reply" to turn it off

Disable the AI auto-reply feature to transfer the conversation to a human agent.
