So your AI can send images, videos, documents to users
Go to www.recado.co
1. Click "Sources"
Access the Sources section.
2. Click "Add Source"
Initiate the process to add a new source.
3. Click "Send Multimedia"
Select the option to send a multimedia file.
4. Click "Choose File (Image, Video, PDF, Excel, or Word)"
Choose the file you want to upload.
5. Check the filepath is correct
Upload the multimedia file from the specified location.
6. Click "Example: a list of our prices"
Select an example related to the uploaded file.
7. Fill out a description for what the file is
Provide a description for the uploaded multimedia file.
8. Click "Example: If the user asks about costs, discounts, or prices"
Select an example scenario for the uploaded file.
9. Fill scenarios in which the AI should send the file
Fill in a response for the chosen scenario.
10. Click "price, cost, discount"
Tag keywords related to the multimedia file.
11. Provide additional tags for the file
Provide additional tags for the file.
12. Click "Save Source"
Save the added multimedia source.
