🇺🇸How to add a multimedia file to Sources
So your AI can send images, videos, documents to users
1. Click "Sources"
Access the Sources section.
2. Click "Add Source"
Initiate the process to add a new source.
Select the option to send a multimedia file.
4. Click "Choose File (Image, Video, PDF, Excel, or Word)"
Choose the file you want to upload.
Click 'File (Image, Video, PDF, Excel, or Word)*' 5. Check the filepath is correct
Upload the multimedia file from the specified location.
6. Click "Example: a list of our prices"
Select an example related to the uploaded file.
Click 'Example: a list of our prices.' 7. Fill out a description for what the file is
Provide a description for the uploaded multimedia file.
Fill 'a list of our prices' 8. Click "Example: If the user asks about costs, discounts, or prices"
Select an example scenario for the uploaded file.
Click 'Example: If the user asks about costs, discounts, or prices' 9. Fill scenarios in which the AI should send the file
Fill in a response for the chosen scenario.
10. Click "price, cost, discount"
Tag keywords related to the multimedia file.
Click 'price, cost, discount' Provide additional tags for the file.
Example 'price, discount, cost' 12. Click "Save Source"
Save the added multimedia source.
