Go to www.recado.co
1. Click "Search by user name or phone..."
Search for the user's conversation.
2. Find the user by their name / phone number
Enter the user's message.
3. Click the three dots and then "View Conversation"
Access the conversation thread.
4. Scroll to bottom and click "Send a reply..."
Initiate a manual reply.
5. Craft your reply message
Craft your reply message.
6. Click "Send"
